Hi! We actually met via ZOOM if you can believe that? It was a 90 min session for (I think?) $250 -- REALLY amazing. I didn't go actually under like full hypnosis--just a heightened state of awareness/raising my vibration. It was really powerful and effective--validated my memories and also got rid of a terrible and life long nail biting habit. Happy to give her info to you if you're interested :) Appreciate you reading the story! Happy 2026 and good habits! Bridey
Aw, I love your goals with your writing routine and not drinking alcohol. If you are already four days into setting up your environment like that for writing between 4am-5am, then you are waaaay more disciplined than me! Happy New Year, my sweet friend. I think it's going to bring amazing things for all of us :)
This is such a great post, Bridey. Your hypnotherapy experience sounds amazing. Did you start this process when you were writing Bright Eyes? Just curious because about half way through writing my memoir I started seeing a therapist … after decades of not needing this form of support. Maybe getting one’s butt in a therapist’s chair is a requirement for writing about mother-daughter relationships?!
Wow! I’d love to hear more about how this hypno session managed to work for you!!!
